Our MC was antsy to figure out a way to get out and be the hands and feet of Jesus. We partnered with the Raleigh Dream Center and adopted the neighborhood that we had been serving over the past few years and distributed school lunches. Every day between 11-1 we bagged up breakfasts and lunches and went door-to-door to pass out food to those kids. It was such a sweet time with our group AND also getting to know those kids better as the weeks and months went on.

Looking Back - March 2020
The month the world shut down.
Covid entered the scene and the uncertainty of it all was paralyzing.
Our kids had just tracked out and never made it back to the classroom to finish the year. We tried our best at online school but it was for sure difficult to manage with all the kids and two devices. We spent our days outside creating fun environments, listening to the birds, watching the sunsets, going on lots of walks to the park and painting.
Zeke began filming his first full length movie.
We also began a Friday night tradition called "His Word Last Word". A family online worship experience that we did in our living room, to ground us in the hope of God's promises and truth in the midst of the unknown.
