Mmmm...MIY Trail Mix


We like to make our own trail mix.
It's simple, healthy and way cheaper than buying it already made.
I've found Aldi to have most of these ingredients for super cheap.

What You Need:
Pretty much anything you want to add to your own mix.
Make it your own and get creative!

Here are some of our favorites:
craisins
pistachios
almonds
cashews
chocolate chips
pretzels
sunflower seeds
flax seed
butterscotch chips
coconut 
(TIP: roast the coconut in the oven so the sticky goes away - Thanks Patience;)

Jonathan loves for me to make him trail mix. Many times I will make granola at the same time, and then we will make a mixed bag of granola & trail mix. It's delicious. AND, it's a great gluten-free snack!
