Do you love me?
TASHA
Do I what?
JOSH
Do you love me?
TASHA
Do I love you?
JOSH
Well?
TASHA
With our daughter turning six
And there's trouble in the world
You're upset, you're worn-out
Go inside, go lie down
Maybe it's indigestion!
JOSH
Tasha, I'm asking you a question
Do you love me?
TASHA
You're a fool!
JOSH
I know! But do you love me?
TASHA
Do I love you?
JOSH
Well?
TASHA
For nine years I have washed your clothes
Cooked your meals, cleaned the house
Given you children,
After nine years, why talk about love right now?
JOSH
Tasha, the first time I saw you
Was in the praise team band
I was scared
TASHA
I was shy
JOSH
I was nervous
TASHA
So was I
JOSH
But my father and my mother said
We'd learn to love each other
So now I'm asking you, Tasha
Do you love me?
TASHA
I'm your wife!
JOSH
I know! But do you love me?
TASHA
Do I love him?
JOSH
Well?
TASHA
For nine years I have lived with him
Fought with him, starved with him
Nine years my bed is his
If that's not love, what is?
JOSH
Then you love me!
TASHA
I suppose I do
JOSH
And I suppose I love you, too
JOSH & TASHA
It doesn't change a thing
But even so -
After nine years
It's nice to know
Happy Anniversary, Josh. I do love you with all my heart! You are my favorite...

wow. 9 years. you guys make it look easy. Happy Anniversary!
Andrew and I sing this to each other all the time. Our favorite revision of the words is "For 25 years I've washed your clothes, cooked your meals, picked your nose." I mean, it rhymes better than the original version.
