What We're Having - Taco Bake II

Thanks to AllRecipes.com we have been able to find awesome meals with ingredients that we have on hand.

Tonight I made Taco Bake II and it was a hit! Micaiah ate just as much as Zeke did and Areyna almost cleaned her plate!

Revisions:

I put in a whole can of chiles and just plain diced tom.

I substituted chips w/ whole grain tortillas

I used some other kinds of cheeses in my layers

We had a side of watermelon which was delicious but the thing that made Zeke say, "Mommy, this is a GREAT day because we have dessert! You are the best mom EVER!", was the Frozen Lemonade Squares.
