Yes, that is an actual toy inside a cereal box. Do you remember when almost all cereal boxes came with some kind of toy in them? Now they have these Proof of Purchases you can collect (usually like 8-12 which means a LOT of boxes of cereal or pop-tarts) to mail in with your money for shipping and handling to get the desired toy.
I snagged this huge box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for Areyna, one of her favorite kinds, for $.50 and it had a lego race-car inside for Zeke. Double Prizes!!! He's been playing with it all morning!
I think they should bring this back!=)
