Ingredients
3/4 cup of coconut water
1 whole banana
3 whole frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
2 Tbs flax seed
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup kale

I no longer take my daily multivitamin and I'm actually eating my breakfast EVERY DAY!
