YES!!! Can you imagine how our parents feel when they see us, their little babies, as parents?
Today we had a spill and I asked Lukey to run get me a towel to clean it up. He followed directions and got back to me very quickly. I couldn't believe he's big enough to do that!
Do we get to see it?
Yes, all of the time. I've learned that time goes by so fast but it is always one day at a time. When they are sick, when they have bad days, learning to enjoy every day is key.
With that said, my 2nd grader looks so much like a baby in his kindergarten picture. Sniff.
I can bearly hear the word kindergarten without tearing up!
